Bour acquired by Noblet
The French Noblet group has finalised the acquisition of the company Bour, located in Poincy, Saine-et-Marne France.
Bour specialises in the rental of high-power lifting cranes, the transfer of machinery and the transport of food products in tanks. It employs around twenty people and achieved a turnover of about EUR 3 million last year.
As an offspring of the commercial merger of Noblet, Cotra Styl and TPAE, the Noblet Group was created in 2010 following various acquisitions carried out by Laurent Galle, director of the group. (sh)
