Börke leaves TX Logistik
TX Logistik has announced changes to its management board: Berit Börke resigned from her position when her three-years-contract expired on 31 October 2020. She will continue to serve the private rail transport company founded in 1999 as senior advisor.
Until further notice, Gian Paolo Gotelli, CEO of TX Logistik, which since 2017 has been wholly owned by Mercitalia Logistics, a subsidiary of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, will take over responsibility for commercial activities.
Gotelli: "We are losing a strong partner on the board, but above all we are gaining an excellent logistics expert for the future who is personally concerned with the continued successful development of TX. This allows us to ensure maximum stability to our customer in this world-wide Covid-19 crisis." (amh)
