Bertling's airfreight additions
Bertling has launched five new time-definite airfreight services to respond to a growing demand for more transport options. Developed with help of experts on Bertling’s team in Düsseldorf, the new products will be complemented by door-to-door services and customs brokerage.
In Düsseldorf, the company has recently opened a new office at the Media Harbour, with close access to Dutch, Belgian, and German markets. It is also just 8 km away from Düsseldorf International Airport, with other major airports within a reach of 250-550 km. This makes the hub ideal for European import and export shipment consolidation.
Each of Bertling’s new products can be booked with B. Green, which includes the use of sustainable aviation fuel and emission reduction/compensation measures. That way, customers can benefit from efficient route planning and transport while monitoring their carbon emissions. (mk)
