Bertling appoints head for Houston office
Steve Walter has been appointed general manager of Bertling Logistics’ Houston office. He assumed his position on 1 January 2021. Walter brings a wealth of commercial, operational and management experience from his 23 years in the freight industry to his new role.
In his career, Walter has worked for both large multinationals as well as with industry specialist companies, and most recently he headed the business development team at Ceva Logistics.
In his position as team leader, his task will be to identify new business areas in North America in order to further the growth and market coverage of his company which was founded in Germany more than 155 years ago. (amh)
