Belgium's new permanent representative
On 18 October 2022, Pascal Heyman (left), Belgian ambassador to Switzerland, visited the headquarters of the Intergovernmental Organisation for International Carriage by Rail (Otif) in Berne.
Ambassador Heyman presented the secretary general of the organisation, Wolfgang Küpper (middle), with his letter of appointment from the prime minister of Belgium.
Heyman has been appointed as Belgium’s permanent representative to Otif, replacing Willy Debuck. On the occasion of this courtesy visit, the secretary general of Otif welcomed this appointment, which enables a continuous link between Belgium and Otif to be maintained. (cj)
