Barcelona is the place to go
Barcelona is the next point on the map: Cargo-Partner will open its first branch in Spain on 1 September 2022. It will be led by Oriol Asturgo, managing director of Cargo-Partner.
The team in Barcelona currently consists of six employees and is expected to grow to fourteen by the end of the year. Asturgo said that "the decision to open an office in Barcelona was driven by demand from our existing clients in the region."
Spain ranks sixth among EU countries in terms of gross domestic product (GDP), with the logistics segment accounting for 10% of GDP. The portfolio of transport and logistics services covers air and sea freight, national and international trucking, rail transport and warehouse logistics solutions. (sh)
