Bansard enters Australian market through acquisition
Bansard International recently acquired a stake in Cargo Line International, thus becoming a shareholder of the group. The participation is the result of several years of collaboration between the two companies.
It is also Bansard's first ever concrete link to the Australian market, which constitutes yet another great milestone in the group’s history.
Cargo Line International is an Australian freight forwarding company that was founded by Detlef Kappel in 1994. It provides multimodal freight forwarding, customs brokerage and consultancy, transport solutions and special project services, as well as advanced warehousing and distribution capabilities. (mw)
