B+S: more capacities in Borgholzhausen
For B+S, a German logistics services provider, Panattoni is building an extension in the company’s location in Borgholzhausen (North Rhine Westphalia). Panattoni planned and developed the provider’s new headquarters in the industrial estate Borgholzhausen-Versmold already back in 2017.
The current project involves a roughly 50,000 sqm plot immediately adjacent to the existing building and its access road. Here, B+S intends to store and handle industrial goods and products for customers from the retail industry and install more offices.
Stefan Brinkmann, managing shareholder of B+S: “Our customers have grown substantially over the last few years, and with the second building on the existing premises we are responding to increasing demand. The good cooperation with Panattoni has also helped us to ensure a smooth start of construction despite the difficulties arising from the corona crisis.” (mw)
