B+S Logistik to join Nagel Group
Germany's B+S Logistik und Dienstleistungen will have a new shareholder as of 1 January 2022 - subject to approval by the antitrust authorities. The Nagel-Group, one of Germany's largest food logistics companies, will take over the majority of shares in the logistics service provider based in Borgholzhausen.
Stefan Brinkmann, managing partner of B+S, remains on board. "We at B+S can complement Nagel-Group's services in e-commerce and contract logistics," he says. In return, B+S will gain access to Nagel Group's Europe-wide network. B+S is currently part of the Heristo Group. (sh)
