Aviva Investors with acquisition in France

Aviva Investors recently acquired a warehouse that is still under construction in France. The facility, which will cover a total of 35,000 sqm, is set to be completed in mid-2021. It is located in the Océane business park near the city of Angers in western France. PRD is the developer and seller of the property.


Grégoire Bailly-Salins, Aviva Investors’ head of property investments, said that his company was pleased to have made the transaction. “The location, close to the motorway network and the city of Angers, is optimal for us. It will greatly fortify our real estate portfolio.” (mw)
