Arcese leases warehouse in Spain
Arcese, a global logistics operator, and Cilsa, which manages ZAL Port, have signed a new lease for 10,264 sqm of warehouse and 957 sqm of office space at ZAL Port in Barcelona, thus reinforcing their partnership.
This expansion supports Arcese's growth in Spain, particularly in Barcelona, offering end-to-end logistic solutions in the automotive, fashion, consumer, retail and other sectors.
The modern warehouse features 11 m high storage areas, 25 loading docks, and advanced LED lighting. Arcese's Barcelona subsidiary, which will close 2023 with a turnover of nearly EUR 30 million and 120 employees, now has a total of 23,000 sqm at ZAL Port.
Cilsa's director, Jordi Guerrero, sees this as a strategic move to consolidate ZAL Port as a logistics hub, responding to increasing client needs and confirming its status in Barcelona's logistics market. (pb)
