Another speculative warehouse near Paris
A group of real estate developers are building a new warehouse close to Paris on a speculative basis. The Harbert European Real Estate Fund V, Foncière Magellan and Grand Paris Aménagement have joined forces to develop a 20,400 sqm two-storey business park. It will be located within the existing Aerolians Paris park in Tremblay-en-France. A photovoltaic power plant on the roof is part of the project. (sh)
