Another MSC service to commence
Swiss Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC)’s new Bengal service is about to launch. Offering a direct link between South China and Bangladesh, the weekly service will connect Shenzhen's Yantian and Shekou terminals with Singapore and Tanjung Pelepas and finally call at the port of Chattogram.
The 2,100-teu “MSC Kymea” will be the first to sail from Shenzhen/Hong Kong on 27 April 2022 and is expected to arrive at Chattogram on 11 May 2022. The service will also provide connections for Bangladesh imports and exports via MSC transhipment hubs in Singapore and Tanjung Pelepas. (sh)
