Another kind of retail presence
DHL Express recently added a new kind of location to its network, by setting up its second mobile pop-up store in Austin, TX, USA.
The 670 cbm mobile service point offers an easy-to-use shipping option for customers, proximity to technology companies, and is the second pop-up store after the first which opened in February 2022.
The top shipping destinations out of the Texas area include India, the Philippines and Australia. The second pop-up store is located close to the DHL Express service centre near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The point-of-sale system can process shipments to destinations in USA as well as any of the 220 countries and territories that DHL serves. (sh)
