Another investment in healthcare logistics
Swiss Post acquired healthcare logistics provider MW Partners Holding on 14 March 2022. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Headquartered in Froideville in the canton of Vaud, MW Partners Holding specialises in the logistics supply chain for medical consumables and the sterile preparation for surgical instruments. It was founded in 2008 and comprises the companies Stericenter, Mediwar, Marcel Blanc & Cie and Resot Care.
With a staff of 55, the holding provides services for the entire logistics and medical value-added chain for medical practices, hospitals and clinics. With this acquisition, Swiss Post expands its existing logistics services for the healthcare sector in Western Switzerland. (sh)
