Anniversary run of express container train
Uzbekistan Railway first organised an express container rail service in October 2018, with the aim of supporting domestic producers, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, and private entrepreneurship.
The express box train, which recently ran for the 25th time, still finds favour with entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan. At present, the regular express box haulage rail service runs along the Tashkent - Pap (Raustan) - Margilan - Andijan corridor.
The advantages offered by the express rail service include fixed transport rates and punctual cargo delivery regardless of the weather. (ben)
