Alexandre Demidoff joins Astre
The Astre Group has appointed Alexandre Demidoff as deputy general manager in charge of operations, network, business development and CSR.
Demidoff brings 20 years of experience in transport operations and has spent his career in large freight forwarding companies in Europe. He has held various management and executive positions overseeing operations and business development, managing profit centres and opening and developing European networks or new subsidiaries and agencies.
Davidoff worked for Gefco in several countries (France, Czechia and Russia) for 12 years. He joined FM Russia in 2013 and then worked for the CAT group from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, he was appointed director of the pan-European "transport commission" activities of the Transalliance group. (cj)
