Alexander Hund to head German portfolio

CTP, a listed developer, owner and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area (GLA), has appointed Alexander Hund as managing director of CTP Germany. He will oversee the company’s operations in the country, as CPT pursues its plans to double the size of its European portfolio to 20 million sqm by 2030, with an EUR 1 billion investment earmarked for Germany.

Hund joined CTP as regional development director for south Germany. He was at the forefront of the successful integration of the Deutsche Industrie Reit portfolio - 1.6 million sqm of GLA on 3.9 million sqm of land - into the CTP group, after CTP acquired the property for around EUR 800 million in 2022. This takeover was CTP’s entry into the German market. (cj)
