Air-sea solution cuts transit times
The new service, launched by Kerry Logistics Network (KLN), links eight European countries with destinations in Australia and New Zealand. The air-sea combination creates an alternative that is three time faster than sea freight and 50% cheaper than airfreight on the same lanes.
Kerry Logistics is offering daily uplifts from airports in the UK, Spain, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, and Turkey, to Australia and New Zealand with a 20 – 24 day transit time. Freight is handled through the KLN Hong Kong bonded and secure facility, including complete online visibility and carbon emission reporting. (ben)
