Air Menzies adds FRA to global network

Airfreight wholesaler Air Menzies International (AMI) has opened a new branch at Frankfurt airport (FRA). It is the carrier’s 24th location and complements a global network of 250 partners.

The addition strengthens the freight wholesaler’s presence in Central Europe, where Frankfurt airport is the continent’s busiest cargo traffic hub, handling over 1.8 million t of cargo in 2020. The airport has flights to more than 300 destinations in 94 countries, enabling AMI to improve its cooperation with its partners worldwide.

The FRA branch is led by Ingo Haupt, who has an extensive career in forwarding, spanning 25 years with TNT, Japan Airlines, Envirotainer and Nagel Airfreight. (cj)
