Added power from the Black Forest
The family-run company Spedition Effinger was recently taken over by Bächle Logistics, a provider based in Villingen-Schwenningen in the Black Forest in Germany. Bächle Logistics was acquired by the Swiss Post group in 2018.
Spedition Effinger, which owns 26 trucks and employs 55 people, was integrated at the beginning of February. Its brand will not be continued.
This is the third acquisition in quick succession for Bächle Logistics, after its purchases of Spedition Gaiser and Spedition Nolden in December 2022 and January 2023, respectively. (sh)
