Add Secure eco driving challenge cuts 12.900 t CO2
Add Secure has announced the results of its eco-driving 2021 competition. The competition, called the Add Secure eco-driving challenge, is voluntary for Add Secure's smart transport customers and is based on the Add Secure eco-driving index. When the data was analysed, it was found that the improved driving behaviour resulted in significant fuel savings.
In 2021, almost 11,000 drivers took part in the contest. It was a great success, with about 75 companies participating, with 135 teams and about 7,400 vehicles.
The German transport companies Götz Transport and Team Logistic won the most prestigious prizes for the greatest CO2 reduction and the highest score for environmentally friendly driving. (cj)
