Acquisitions boost growth
Despite increased economic uncertainties, TIP Trailer had another good year in 2019, with a revenue growing by 11% to EUR 626 million and an ebitda margin rising from 30% in 2014 to 39% in 2019.
The Dutch trailer rental company also closed two strategic acquisitions, Pema in Europe and Trailer Wizards in Canada.
“Through these acquisitions, we achieved very strong growth as well as asset and geographical diversification and strengthened our position in Europe and Canada,” said CCO Arjen Kraaij. Service provider TIP specialises in trailer leasing, rental, maintenance and repair. (ben)
