A new face on the VTL supervisory board
At their annual shareholders' meeting, the 33 shareholders of VTL Vernetzte-Transport-Logistik again placed their trust in the incumbent supervisory board and re-elected the board members for a further three years.
The supervisory now comprises the long-standing members Herbert Rothschild (Kurt Rothschild GmbH & Co.), Heinz Hintzen (Hintzen Logistik), Marc Eckhardt (Walter Eckhardt) and Nils Heidenreich (Garbe Transport).
Jürgen Frömberg will join the board as a new member, replacing Reinhard Briem. As managing director of Maier Spedition in Singen and Decker & Co Achern, Frömberg has a good knowledge of the forwarding and logistics industry, both in operations management and corporate strategy. (cj)
