A new CEO for DHL France
Global logistics provider DHL Supply Chain has appointed Nico Schütz as CEO of DHL Supply Chain France. Previously CEO of DHL Supply Chain Middle East, he succeeded Jan Willem Winkelhuijzen as CEO of DHL Supply Chain France on 1 July 2023.
Schütz continues to report to Hendrik Venter, CEO DHL Supply Chain Emea, and remains a member of the DHL Supply Chain Emea management board. Schütz began his career with DHL Group in 2006 in DHL Consulting.
In 2012, he joined DHL Supply Chain and, in 2014, became VP strategic transformation Emea, leading a large-scale transformation project for DHL Supply Chain Emea and France in particular.
In 2016, Schütz became managing director of Slovakia and then of Hungary from 2019. In 2020, he moved to Germany as business unit director before being appointed CEO for the Middle East in November 2022. (cj)
