A freight emissions calculator
Two freight forwarding associations have chosen Pledge to help their members make their operations more sustainable.
Pledge will be providing both the Freight and Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Canadian International Freight Forwarder Association (Ciffa) with its freight emissions calculator, enabling members to trial the service without having to sign up to the Pledge platform. From there, the calculator will help users to better understand their emissions and work to reduce them.
“As we start working with associations outside of the UK and Europe, we’ll be better positioned to offer forwarders access to the tools and knowledge they need to decarbonise their customers’ supply chains,” says David de Picciotto, CEO and co-founder, Pledge. (mk)
