Awery integrates IATA “CO2 Connect Tool”

The Transnatur Group has recently started a new collaboration with the forwarding and logistics company L. Wackler Wwe. Nachf. GmbH, covering the Stuttgart region of western Germany.
Wackler, founded more than 100 years ago, is presently run by the fifth generation of the family to manage the firm, which is headquartered in Göppingen, around 50 km from Stuttgart. It has around 100,000 m2 of warehousing space and 270 employees.
With this new collaboration, the Transnatur Group aims to maintain and strengthen its existing traffic to this industrialised and commercially dynamic area. The Stuttgart region is home to substantial parts of Europe’s automotive and technology industry. Important companies from the motor and computer technology sector are based in the region, which makes it doubly important to have a good logistics set-up there that can consolidate development.
The daily export and import service will be maintained with optimal transit times. The Transnatur Group is convinced that this change will allow both firms to maintain a good standard of services as well as help increase business opportunities in the region.
