Mar 11, 2026 at 12:00 PMSoftlink Global has entered into a partnership with the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) to enrich engineering education in India through the integration of logistics technology. According to Softlink Global, ISTE is one of the largest professional associations for technical education in India, with a network of over 100,000 educators and hundreds of thousands of engineering students.
Logistics technology for education
The aim of the partnership is to introduce logistics technologies and real-world workflows into technical educational institutions, as stated by Softlink Global. This is intended to help students prepare for careers in freight forwarding, global trade, and logistics. Softlink plans to integrate its industry platforms and training programs into academic environments. This includes initiatives such as „LogiLEARN,“ „LogiSKILL,“ and „LogiXPERT,“ which provide students and educators access to systems used by logistics companies.
The collaboration distinguishes itself from the typical approaches of many technology companies that primarily focus on selling software, according to the company. Instead, Softlink pursues a strategy aimed at building a talent and knowledge base.
