(Marchtrenk) RovoFlex impresses with high productivity, ease of use, and maximum reliability. The all-rounder provides an answer to challenges such as the increasing labor shortage or ever faster changes in product ranges. RovoFlex is a highly automated robot equipped with an intelligent camera system. Initially, it is used in combination with the PickCenter and forms a hybrid picking station as PickCenter RovoFlex. With this setup, customers can seamlessly switch between manual and automatic modes, thereby covering order peaks.
Over 1,000 Picks per Hour
The TGW innovation addresses challenges such as labor shortages or increasingly rapid changes in product ranges. Even demanding goods such as frozen products or sharp objects pose no problem in handling. RovoFlex achieves a throughput of over 1,000 items per hour with consistent performance and precision: whether food, fashion items, or industrial and consumer goods. In a two-shift operation, the return on investment is already achieved after about two and a half years. However, RovoFlex can not only be used in combination with the PickCenter but also with other workstations (1:4, 2:6, …). Processes such as sorting, consolidation, or singulation are efficiently automated. Another advantage: users can integrate the picking robot into their existing systems within a few days.
