(Weinheim) With free collection, consolidation, and transport, the express service trans-o-flex has supported extensive aid initiatives for the population in Ukraine in recent weeks. A video featuring recipients expressing their gratitude in Ukrainian shows the packages transported by trans-o-flex, which include medicines, as well as mattresses, beds, and other aid supplies that have now arrived at a hospital in Kyiv.
trans-o-flex had asked customers for donations and repeatedly picked up goods that are urgently needed in Ukraine. More than 200 pallets of goods were brought to collection points in Germany in coordination with aid organizations. Partners and transport companies of trans-o-flex have partially driven the goods to the Polish-Ukrainian border.
Wide wave of solidarity
“We are experiencing a wide wave of solidarity from customers, employees, and partners for the Ukrainians suffering under Russian aggression,” says trans-o-flex CEO Wolfgang P. Albeck. “In this difficult situation, it is encouraging that we, as a transport company, can also make a contribution.”
