(Munich) Logivest GmbH, a nationwide consulting company focused on logistics real estate and locations, is strengthening its expertise in the north of the country.
On September 1, 2020, the company will open a location in Bremen, thereby positioning itself even more strongly in the local market. Just in May of this year, Logivest started with an office in Hamburg, and now Bremen adds another important logistics location in Northern Germany.
There is a lot of movement in and around Bremen
“As early as 2015, we found in the commercial area study LoGE that the GVZ in Bremen is the most successful commercial area nationwide. This still holds true today. There is a lot of movement in the city of Bremen and its surroundings. To further tap into this market and adequately advise our clients, we are now on-site with specialists,” says Kuno Neumeier, Managing Director of Logivest. For the new location, the consulting company has brought a true regional expert on board.
Sven Lehmann will be responsible for the establishment and expansion of the new location in Bremen as well as in Hamburg as the new Head of Letting. In this position, he reports directly to Michael Starre, CSO at Logivest.
The native Hamburger has been working as a logistics real estate consultant in the region for over ten years. Most recently, he was responsible for the leasing business in Northern Germany at Colliers International, focusing on Hamburg and Bremen. Together with a team of initially four consultants, Sven Lehmann will serve the Bremen market from the new location on Universitätsallee.
Sven Lehmann looks forward to the new task
“I am looking forward to being able to start with a team on-site in Bremen alongside Hamburg. Although the two Hanseatic cities are indeed in competition with each other, I see mainly the synergies that we can utilize for our clients. As the saying goes: Hamburg is the gateway to the world, Bremen has the key to it – from my perspective, this can certainly be interpreted positively,” says Sven Lehmann.
With the location in Bremen, Logivest continues its expansion course. After Hanover, Berlin, and Hamburg, this is already the fourth location that the consulting company opens this year. This brings Logivest to a total of eight locations across Germany. In addition, regional employees advise clients directly on-site nationwide.
