MAN eTGX strengthens sustainable logistics
Apr 9, 2026 at 1:56 PMGSE has announced the appointment of Alexis Bouteiller as the new Sales Director of its subsidiary Confluence. Confluence specializes in the development and implementation of projects in logistics, industry, and data centers. The decision to appoint Bouteiller to this position reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its local presence and expanding its integrated consulting services.
Alexis Bouteiller brings over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate. He holds a degree in International Trade from the University of Paris-Est Créteil and most recently served as Head of Logistics Agency at Cushman & Wakefield. In this role, he supported both users and investors in developing and implementing their real estate strategies in the logistics sector. Additionally, he has extensive knowledge in project implementation, which he gained during his time at the general contractor Salini Groupe. There, he was responsible for the technical, financial, and operational aspects of project development and turnkey delivery.
Bouteiller also worked at Logicor, a significant player in logistics investments, between 2013 and 2019. He led the marketing of properties and contributed to value enhancement as an owner-investor. This combination of consulting, project management, and investment provides him with a comprehensive perspective on the challenges in commercial real estate that are relevant to municipalities, investors, and users.
„The opportunity to take on the position at Confluence allows me to bring my experience to a growing structure. I am convinced that my comprehensive viewpoint will benefit today’s economic actors,“ Bouteiller stated.
Matthieu Portal, Director of Confluence France, emphasized that Bouteiller’s arrival enhances the company’s ability to offer a truly integrated approach to logistics and industrial projects. Given the increasing challenges posed by limited space availability and rising regulatory and environmental requirements, Bouteiller’s knowledge of the challenges in space development is a significant advantage in providing optimal support to clients.
