These acquisitions are part of a comprehensive internationalization project aimed at solidifying Leviahub’s position as a leading European hub for supply chains, according to the company. With these steps, it seeks to strengthen its presence on the Iberian Peninsula, which is also expected to enhance the company’s European and global competitiveness.
Master Informatica is based in Murcia and develops management software for the transport and logistics sector. The company’s solutions are designed to support and optimize industry processes, as stated by DP World. Master Informatica’s modular platform enables integrated management of deliveries, monitoring of fleets and drivers, as well as planning of logistics operations. Additionally, the software offers automation features for operational processes and allows integration of GPS systems, ERP platforms, and accounting tools.
Hedyla, headquartered in Barcelona, offers a technology platform for route optimization and its transport management system (TMS). The company, according to DP World, places a strong emphasis on the digitization of logistics processes. Hedyla’s software is in use in Spain, Portugal, and Latin America, utilizing artificial intelligence tools.
