ITE Management L.P. has announced the acquisition of CS Leasing Holding PTE Ltd., a provider of container leasing specializing in ISO tank containers and special cargo. The acquisition includes approximately 55,000 units across four continents. The transaction was completed through the funds managed by ITE, as stated by the company.
Portfolio expansion
With the integration of ISO tank containers and dry cargo offerings into its existing portfolio, which already includes rail, chassis, dry containers, and aviation assets, ITE Management aims to strengthen its market presence in the freight transport sectors. CS Leasing serves various markets, including chemical, industrial, and logistics sectors. This acquisition supports ITE’s goal of enhancing operational transport infrastructure.
The acquisition is a continuation of the company’s investments in the intermodal sector, which began with the purchase of Milestone Chassis by ITE. Given the increasing demands for flexibility and coordination in global logistics, the significance of such acquisitions becomes evident according to the company.
