New logistics location for Ami Paris
Apr 1, 2026 at 1:51 PMThe French real estate developer Logicor has pre-leased half of its logistics platform in the Provençal town of Beaucaire to the logistics company Philéa Solutions. The contract covers an area of nearly 6,500 m² and demonstrates confidence in the market for sustainably built logistics properties. Philéa Solutions is based in Baillargues and specializes in logistics services for manufacturers and e-commerce companies.
The agreement was made prior to the full completion of the facility, which is expected in the coming weeks. This highlights the demand for well-located logistics properties. The new facility is situated in the 120-hectare Domitia Business Park and offers a total of 12,847 m² on a 4-hectare plot near the Rhône, equipped with 17 loading bays and ample parking.
Strategic Location and Modern Facilities
The platform in Beaucaire is distinguished by its strategic location near Arles, Nîmes, and Avignon, allowing easy access to major transport routes. The building meets the highest standards and is classified as a Class A construction, with a clear height of 11.5 m. It aims for BREEAM certification at the excellent level and is equipped with LED lighting and charging stations for electric vehicles.
Philéa Solutions has committed to leasing 6,476 m², including 250 m² of office space, which will be used for the storage and distribution of food products. The facility has obtained the necessary ICPE operating permits and features a photovoltaic system on the roof with a capacity of 499 kWc.
Laurent Dubos, Country Manager of Logicor France, commented on the contract: “Philéa Solutions‘ commitment to our new site in Beaucaire is a significant step for this development. It underscores the attractiveness of this strategically located warehouse and the demand for high-quality logistics spaces. We are pleased to support Philéa Solutions in expanding their operations here.”
Logicor manages a portfolio that ranges from smaller, specialized cross-dock facilities to large distribution centers and logistics parks. The majority of the properties are located in the Île-de-France region, which is considered a prime location for logistics.
