Brian Moran new Senior Vice President

The US logistics real estate developer CenterPoint Properties has appointed Brian Moran as Senior Vice President of Development for the West Region. This decision was announced by Bob Andrews, Executive Vice President and Head of the West Region. Andrews emphasized that Moran has extensive experience in industrial development and is well aware of the specific challenges of building in the West Region. This expertise is considered valuable in continuing to provide customers with added value.

Prior to his new position, Moran was Executive Vice President and Head of Development, Construction, and ESG at Bridge Industrial. In this role, he was responsible for projects with a total volume of over $4.5 billion in the US and Europe. Previously, he worked as Senior Project Manager at Rexford Industrial, where he led both new construction and redevelopment projects for the Southern California-focused company. Additionally, Moran was responsible for Rexford’s sustainability strategy and oversaw the planning and development of solar installations capable of generating nearly 10 megawatts of clean energy.

Moran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has a certification in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University. Furthermore, he is recognized as a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C) by the U.S. Green Building Council and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
