Record package volumes expected for Easter
Mar 31, 2026 at 9:08 AMThe AD Ports Group recently published its annual report for the year 2025, which documents record revenue and profit, as the company states. The report titled „Curating Connectivity“ illustrates how the group has further expanded its trade corridors to strengthen its international presence. Despite global challenges such as regional conflicts and a tense macroeconomic situation, the group claims to have solidified its position.
Growth in challenging times
In 2025, the AD Ports Group achieved a revenue of 20.77 billion AED and a total net profit of 2.07 billion AED. This represents an increase of 20% in revenue and 16% in profit compared to the previous year. According to the company, the main drivers of this growth were the group’s ports, economic cities, and free zones, as well as maritime clusters.
The group’s strategy, which it refers to as „smart internationalization,“ has led to more than a fivefold increase in revenue and profits since 2020. This strategy includes investments in infrastructure and logistics to solidify Abu Dhabi’s role as a trade and industrial hub.
