Mar 30, 2026 at 9:41 AMThe French logistics real estate developer FIRE, founded in 2020, has appointed Jonathan Onses as the new Director of Operations. In this role, Onses will be responsible for managing the company’s operational processes, from identifying real estate opportunities to the completion of buildings. This appointment is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its activities in real estate development.
Prior to joining FIRE, Jonathan Onses served as Head of Operations at KSI Développement (APRC Group) since September 2024. There, he led extensive real estate projects, focusing on logistics, courier services, and industry. Onses also brings six years of experience from his time as a project manager for development and planning at Groupe IDEC, where he dealt with the development of logistics and industrial properties as well as the repurposing of brownfield sites.
In his new role, Onses will take on the administrative, technical, legal, and financial management of complex projects, working closely with municipalities and government agencies.
Julien Mongoin, co-founder of FIRE, commented on the appointment: “The appointment of Jonathan Onses fits perfectly into FIRE’s growth strategy. We are convinced that his technical expertise and solid background in project management will bring significant advantages to the quality of our operations. With two strategic new hires at the beginning of 2026, we are strengthening our development area and enhancing its performance for the coming years.”
Jonathan Onses holds a specialized master’s degree from the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ENPC) in real estate and sustainable building, as well as a master’s degree from the École Supérieure des Professions Immobilières (ESPI) with a focus on management in real estate development. In this context, he developed a professional thesis on the topic of „zero land sealing.“
The appointment of Jonathan Onses, along with the recent appointment of Samia David as Director of Development, represents a significant step in structuring FIRE’s development team and strengthens the company’s ability to implement comprehensive projects across France.
