Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and Samvardhana Motherson International Limited have signed an agreement to establish a joint venture focused on automotive logistics. This new company will combine the strengths of both partners by integrating Hellmann’s global network and logistics expertise with Motherson’s knowledge of automotive supply chains, as recently announced by Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.
Operational launch and location strategy
The joint venture will offer integrated supply chain solutions for the automotive industry and is intended to serve as a logistical base for both companies. The operational launch is scheduled for June 2026, with activities initially coordinated from the headquarters in Dubai. As the company grows, additional locations in Europe, North America, India, and the Middle East are planned.
For Hellmann, this joint venture represents a step in the implementation of its growth strategy „Forward2030.“ The company aims to further solidify its position in the sector. By combining Hellmann’s global logistics capabilities with Motherson’s expertise in design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, and logistics (D.E.M.A.L.), the joint venture aims to create a platform tailored to the needs of the automotive industry.
