James Evans, General Manager Cargo Commercial, highlights that solutions for specialized shipments are a key differentiator for Cathay Cargo and are of great importance to customers.
This year, Cathay Cargo will continue to focus on digital developments aimed at enhancing the customer experience. In particular, efforts are underway to make the website cathaycargo.com a central portal for customer needs. „Our goal is to provide a seamless journey from booking to shipment tracking within our digital ecosystem,“ explains Evans. A new booking management feature has recently been introduced, giving customers more control.
The judging panel also praised the advanced „Lithium Battery Detection“ and digital traceability supported by sophisticated operational procedures.
