Mar 18, 2026 at 9:10 AMIBA has filled two senior positions within the Technical and Asset Management area and simultaneously announces the upcoming retirement of Technical Director Paul Brooker at the end of March 2026.
Denis Brailsford (left) has been appointed Head of Technical and Asset Management. Since joining IBA in 2021, he has successfully led the Asset Management team, achieving strong operational performance and growth within the company. In his expanded role, he will oversee the Technical and Asset Management departments to strengthen integration within IBA’s service offerings and enhance value for customers.
Additionally, Ross Armour (right) has been promoted to Head of Technical Services. Ross has played a central role in the success of IBA’s technical management operations, frequently leading multiple complex projects in consulting, remarketing, and portfolio engagements. In his new role, he will focus on further developing and expanding IBA’s Technical Services practice to assist clients in managing fleet transitions, leasing events, and asset lifecycle management.
Paul Brooker will retire at the end of March 2026 after more than 13 years at IBA. Since joining the company, he has played a crucial role in the growth of the Technical Management department, contributing to managed portfolio activities, remarketing engagements, consulting assignments, and valuation projects. He will continue to support IBA on selected projects to ensure continuity and leverage his extensive experience.
