Expansion of warehouse capacities in Guatemala
Mar 17, 2026 at 10:50 AMThe MLP Group, a developer, owner and manager of commercial and logistics parks in Poland, Germany, Austria and Romania, achieved a record result in 2025 with leased areas of approximately 371,000 m². The high demand for logistics properties reflects the increasing importance of these facilities for stable supply chains.
New lease agreements accounted for more than 223,000 m², while existing tenants also contributed significantly to the demand. Leasing activity was particularly high in Q4. Overall, the company was able to attract 39 new tenants.
Growing demand in Europe
The strong leasing performance led to rising revenues and profits. The company’s net asset value increased significantly, while the vacancy rate remained below 5%. This allowed nearly all areas to contribute to revenue generation.
At the same time, the MLP Group is advancing its expansion. By the end of 2025, more than 320,000 m² were under construction, a large portion of which was already pre-leased. Further completions are planned for the current year.
Logistics properties are increasingly perceived as part of critical infrastructure. Against this backdrop, the demand for modern spaces in key European markets remains high.
