In his new position, which he assumed at the beginning of March, he will be responsible for areas including contract logistics, national road transport, and the development of subsidiaries in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Expansion of Management
Piotr Iwo Chmielewski, Chairman of the Board of Rohlig SUUS Logistics, emphasizes the company’s continuous expansion: “SUUS is growing not only in size but also in operational excellence and organizational maturity. We are building a company that is more efficient, agile, and resilient to market changes.” As part of the SUUS-One strategy, the position as a leading logistics provider in the CEECA region is to be further strengthened. Chmielewski highlights that Zborowski brings extensive international experience and oversees critical areas of the service portfolio.
Zborowski has a long career in the logistics sector. Most recently, he served as CEO at DB Schenker, where he was responsible for operations in Poland, the Baltic States, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. Prior to that, he led the integration of road transport businesses in Poland at DSV and held management positions at CEVA Logistics and UPS. He studied at the Warsaw School of Economics and completed an MBA at the University of Lausanne as well as at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD).
Focus on Efficiency and Quality
In his new role, Zborowski plans to further optimize processes and enhance the efficiency and quality of services in contract logistics and national road transport. This includes both full and partial load transport, as well as last-mile delivery and collaboration with carriers. Additionally, he aims to establish coherent and scalable business structures in the region and further develop activities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
