Quentin Benault leads e-LOGIK
Mar 13, 2026 at 11:34 AMThe US technology company LogicSource has appointed Keith Hausmann as Chief Operating Officer. This decision comes at a time when the demand for structured solutions for indirect procurement in companies continues to rise. Hausmann will lead the company’s global services and operations teams as LogicSource enters a new phase of growth.
Jo Seed, who previously served as COO, will take on the role of Chief Strategy Officer. In this capacity, he will oversee the corporate strategy and monitor progress in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI) and technology at LogicSource.
Hausmann brings over 30 years of experience in leading global service organizations. Previously, he was Managing Director for global procurement and supply chain operations at Accenture, where he led large-scale procurement and supply chain initiatives. He was also a co-founder of Procurian, a pioneer in procurement services, where he led global delivery and technology. Most recently, he served as Chief Customer Officer at Globality, where he advanced the adoption of AI-driven procurement solutions in enterprises and connected advanced technology with operational execution to achieve measurable results.
“Keith’s leadership comes at an important turning point for LogicSource,” said David Pennino, CEO and founder of the company. “As procurement organizations face rising expectations to deliver sustainable value, operational consistency will become a true competitive advantage. Keith brings the experience and discipline needed to strengthen our operations teams and deliver measurable results in our clients‘ organizations. At the same time, Jo, with his expanded focus on corporate strategy and our AI capabilities, ensures that we continue to enhance the intelligence and technology that support our delivery model.”
Hausmann commented on his new role: “LogicSource has developed a disciplined model for indirect procurement based on experienced teams and structured processes. AI has the potential to improve how procurement and contract decisions are made, but only when it is integrated into strong operating models and supported by real category data. I look forward to helping LogicSource develop intelligent tools that strengthen execution and provide greater value to our clients.”
This leadership change follows a year of expansion for LogicSource. In 2025, the company deepened its presence in the healthcare, retail, and consumer goods sectors, gaining organizations such as Stanford Health, C&S Wholesale Grocers, Aritzia, Family Dollar, and Ochsner Health as new clients.
