The Travero Logistics Park Dubuque is located in East Dubuque, Illinois, on the upper Mississippi River. Covering an area of 40 acres, the terminal offers multimodal services focused on the handling, storage, and loading of bulk and breakbulk cargo. Access to the terminal is provided by inland vessels as well as by rail and truck, representing a logistics solution for various industries. LPD serves manufacturers in agriculture, steel, manufacturing, and energy, among others.
The acquisition of LPD follows a recently completed agreement by Logistec with IPA Terminal in Altamira, Mexico. Berenson & Company served as financial advisor to Logistec, while King & Spalding handled the legal aspects of the transaction. RJM & Company acted as financial advisor for Travero, and Chapman & Cutler provided legal counsel for this side.
