New Platform for the last mile in the USA
Mar 12, 2026 at 8:56 AMCargo iQ has announced that Frankfurt Airport and Singapore Changi Airport have been accepted as new strategic members of the World Cargo Symposium of the International Air Transport Association in Lima, Peru. Marie Seco-Köppen, Managing Director of Cargo iQ, explained that the two airports will work together with Cargo iQ on a project plan that aims to define requirements and value propositions.
Collaboration to improve the air cargo supply chain
The membership of the two airports is expected to enable Cargo iQ to gain insights into flight operations and cargo handling. Once a formal value proposition is developed, the airports will be „an actionable member of the Cargo iQ framework,“ the company states. This includes participation in Cargo iQ’s Master Operating Plan (MOP) as well as the adjustment of performance definitions. According to Cargo iQ, these steps are part of an ongoing strategy aimed at optimizing the air cargo supply chain through shared value propositions.
