The current Vice Chairman, who represents the Daher family on the board, will take over the position starting March 31, 2026. At the same time, Aymeric Daher (right) will be appointed as Chief Executive Officer. These changes are part of a comprehensive restructuring decided in October 2025 to prepare the next generation of the company and develop the upcoming strategic plan.
Realignment of Corporate Governance
As part of the new organization, the Board of Directors has decided to introduce an enhanced executive structure consisting of a Chief Executive Officer and a delegated Chief Executive Officer. This structure aims to promote continuity and complementarity in corporate governance. The new Chief Executive Officer, whose recruitment is currently underway, is expected to bring fresh perspectives and experiences to the company. Aymeric Daher, who previously served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, will assume the role of delegated Chief Executive Officer starting March 31, 2026.
On that date, Thibault Scaramanga will also take on the interim leadership of the company. Together with Aymeric Daher, he will manage the business until the arrival of the new Chief Executive Officer, relying on the support of the entire executive committee.
Didier Kayat, who has been part of Daher Group for twenty years and has served as CEO for the last ten years, has decided to pursue new personal projects. In accordance with the Board of Directors, he will resign from his positions as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer on March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors thanks him for his commitment and contributions to the development of Daher, which has undergone a comprehensive transformation under his leadership. This included strengthening the international presence, particularly by expanding all activities on the American continent, as well as continuous growth with a revenue of €1.9 billion in 2025. Under his leadership, the group has successfully positioned itself and is now among the 50 largest companies in the aviation industry worldwide.
