Mar 9, 2026 at 5:32 PMA joint venture between ETERNAM, Herrmann Immeubles, and Atmos Capital has announced the acquisition of a logistics park in the north of Bordeaux. This strategic decision aims to strengthen its position in the urban logistics sector and is made in collaboration with recognized partners.
Requalification of an Industrial Area
The project involves the redevelopment of a former industrial area in the Pôle d’activités of Blanquefort, a historically significant zone in the north of Bordeaux. According to the joint venture, the area is characterized by good access to the Bordeaux bypass as well as to key transport routes. Additionally, there is proven market depth and the presence of numerous national users.
The planned logistics park will consist of five buildings totaling approximately 25,000 m². These will be designed as both „last-mile“ warehouses and operational spaces, meeting current urban logistics standards in terms of functionality as well as technical and environmental performance. Planned features include, among others:
– A BREEAM certification in the „Very Good“ category.
– Optimal divisibility through cells.
– High ceiling heights of up to 10 m.
– Roofs suitable for the installation of photovoltaic systems.
Strategic Partnership and Investment Goal
With this acquisition, the joint venture pursues its ambitions and reaffirms its intention to invest in logistics properties at established locations with sustainable rental potential. The collaboration with Herrmann Immeubles and Atmos Capital, acting as partners and asset managers, underscores the partnership strategy: enhancing an existing site within a high-quality economic environment.
The completion of the logistics park is scheduled in several phases between the third quarter of 2026 and the third quarter of 2027. This allows for a gradual market introduction tailored to the needs of users.
