Mar 5, 2026 at 12:11 PMInternational Container Terminal Services Inc (ICTSI) reported improved financial results for 2025, supported by higher container throughput and more efficient operations. The company generated revenue from port activities of USD 3.23 billion, representing an 18% increase compared to 2024.
Ebitda reached USD 2.14 billion, an increase of 21%, while the net profit attributable to shareholders rose by 23% to USD 1.05 billion.
The group handled a total of 14.5 million TEUs in 2025, reflecting an 11% growth. This growth mirrors stronger trade activities in various regions, including a recovery in throughput at the company’s facility in Guayaquil (Ecuador).
ICTSI Chairman and President Enrique K. Razon Jr stated that „these results reflect the strength of our portfolio as well as the resilience of demand in our various markets.“
Operating cash expenses rose to USD 807 million, primarily due to higher volumes and wage adjustments. Capital expenditures amounted to USD 650 million, mainly directed towards terminal expansions, equipment upgrades, and new projects.
