Darko Lukić will step down as CEO of the Nelt Group on March 1, 2026. The company announced this after Lukić has led the business during a phase of growth and transformation since 2024. The resignation is for personal reasons.
Marko Cilić, the current CFO of the Nelt Group, will assume the role of interim CEO on the same date. According to the company, Cilić brings extensive experience gained both within the Nelt Group and in international companies such as Procter & Gamble and Novartis.
In the statement, the Nelt Group thanks Lukić for his leadership and contribution to the corporate culture, as well as for his commitment during the transition period. The company also reaffirms its commitment to implementing the „Ascend 2030 Strategy,“ which aims to focus on employees, growth, investments, and long-term value creation.
